250gms paneer-cubed
3 big tomatoes-pureed
2 onions-pureed
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp red kashmiri chilli powder
3 tbsp cashewnut paste
1 tbsp corriander powder
1/2 tbsp turmeric
1 tbsp garam masala
1/2 tbsp kasuri methi
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp fresh cream
fresh corriander chopped-for garnishing
salt as per taste
HOW TO MAKE PANEER BUTTER MASALA:
- Take butter heat in a pan for 2 mins saute the paneer cubes in it till golden brown.
- Take 1 cup of hot water n put the paneer cubes in it for 10 mins.
- Than remove the cubes n drain water in a tissue paper and keep aside.
- In the remaining butter add onion paste and saute till golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for 3mins.
- Add chilli powder followed by the cashew paste and fry for 5 mins.
- Than add tomato puree,kasuri methi crushed,garam masala,turmeric powder.
- And corriander powder n cook on simmer for some time.
- Add the paneer cubes and simmer for 4-5 mins,and add 1 cup of water and let it cook.
- Cook till you get thick curry or as u like.
- Remove from fire and add cream along with butter and garnish with chopped corriander.
- Serve the PANEER BUTTER MASALA with roti,bread of your choice and zeera rice.
